Now that the new F. Eugene Dixon, Jr. Emergency Center has opened, the main entrance and lobby of Maine Coast Memorial Hospital is being remodeled. The old emergency entrance will temporarily serve at the hospital's main entrance.
Monday, March 1, saw the first patients at the new $10 million F. Eugene Dixon, Jr. Emergency Center at Maine Coast Memorial Hospital. The public open house and Chamber Business After Hours saw nearly 600 community members tour the new center before it opened for patients.
