Our Support Staff

Carole Ray, RN

Carole Ray, RN has been an office nurse for Ellsworth Obstetricians and Gynecologists for twenty four years.

Carole is one of the team who will greet you when you come for your visits, take your blood pressure, weigh you and prepare you for your visit with the midwife. If you have concerns between visits, she can discuss them with you on the phone and consult with the midwives when necessary.

Growing up in a household with four sisters (no brothers), she began a life time of interest in caring and sharing with women.

Carole feels strongly that patients should be as comfortable and at ease as possible when visiting the clinical setting. She recognizes that each patient has individual needs and strives to provide efficient and compassionate care. To Carole there is no such thing as a stupid question. She enjoys her roll in welcoming longtime patient friends as well as in greeting new ones.

Carole lives in Ellsworth with her husband of thirty years. She feels blessed to have both a daughter and a son.

Tina works as a 'Med Tech' in our office. This means she does everything! She can schedule your appointments, talk to you on the telephone about problems you may be having, take your blood pressure and weight in preparation for your visit, and she is a great detective when researching your long lost medical records from other states or other decades!

In her spare time Nancy enjoys spending time with her husband of almost 13 years, along with her 12 year old daughter and friends, enjoying Bar Harbor, where she resides, and the beautiful Acadia region that she feels so blessed to be a part of.
